Hello my crafty friends. It has been a busy couple of days for me. In between cleaning the house (uggghhh) and enjoying summer, I have been trying to organize my stamps using my new system. I have included a couple of pics of the adhesive I put on the back. I could have placed three or four LARGE blobs, but went with the smaller ones instead. Either small or large would work because it dries clear.
Since I found my spare bottle I don't have to be so thrifty. I plan to put some of the smaller dollar stamps on the blank sides of the full sheets. Gotta maximize my real estate. This might get them out of the binders and out to be used. LOL.
Here are a couple of pics of them adhered to the sheet and the entire piece is easily removed and returned. Neat, huh? This way I can keep them in the plastic and will not have to jeopardize the integrity of the stamps.
While I tidy up I find that I have stamp sets to give away. One tip for getting a good impression with most stamps is to lightly sand the surface or use an eraser over the image and stamp a few images before going to your final project.
On to the giveaway. If you would like for one of the following three sets to take up residence in your home, please leave a message on this post and three winners will be randomly selected. Contest closes midnight, Thursday, June 27 EDT.

Thanks for stopping by and good luck.
Until then.
I really love clear stamp and use them a lot. The only problem I have it's that they are very expensive where I live.
ReplyDeleteSo nice to have another giveaway! I would love to be entered. Oh I had some of my stamps sort of MELT too....but they were touching those really cheap Michaels stamps I got a few years back on clearance for .25 cents each. Wonder if that was why?
ReplyDeletePink~a~licious Hugs, Jonnie
Jonnie, that is interesting. out of all of my sets, it only happened to the one touching the really old provo stamps. wonder what they were made out of? scary to say the least. I am going to be more diligent with my investment.

DeleteI went to my Tuesday morning today, but no stamps were to be found. I did get 3 nice paper packs though. Love the stamps you are finding!
ReplyDeleteI went to Tuesday morning today and again I had no luck, my Tuesday morning is a hit or miss, I really love stamp solution, right now I have mines in 2 1/2 3 ring binder with page protectors. TFS. Latanya
ReplyDeleteWow, I love these stamps. I am a woodworker, decorative painter and glass worker. When health problems forced me to give up those things I started paper crafting, about a year ago. It's expensive to build a stash, but I have a pretty good start, thank you Honey. LOL
ReplyDeletelove your storage ideas, still waiting to see your room, I loved how it was going
ReplyDeleteHello, thank you for sharing - I always enjoy watching your videos. You are very talented. Also, I don't know if you heard this before but you have a very pleasant sounding voice.

I really like your videos. I commented on the video on YouTube that I need to use the things I have. But here I am commenting on a chance to win more stamps.
ReplyDeletewhoa, that is a lot of stamps lol. I have been looking for a storage solution to mine, I may try the one you are doing, and use the Aleens glue. thank you for sharing, and offering to part with a few of the stamps ; ).
ReplyDeleteLove the middle and bottom sets - I have the ones on the top!
ReplyDeleteI take heavy duty sheet protectors and using my sewing machine I stitch across the page the on the bottom half I use my exacto knife and lit across just below the stitching to make another pocket opening. For the little $1 stamp sets I either run the sewing machine to make 9 sections on a page and store my tiny sets in those - my friend uses 3 ring binder pages that are for baseball card storage - 9 pockets to a page. Works for me! Oh I put a piece of computer paper in the sheets before I sew so's the stamps are easier to see!
I like this idea, I've been thinking of doing this with my stamps because it is more economical and easy to store in a binder. Thanks.

I agree ivette, that is a great idea. like your friend rita, I use the baseball cards holders also. trying to decide if I want to go to file cards for those also. they might get used more. decisions, decisions.

ReplyDeleteOh baby, a giveaway! After watching your haul video the other day I did a web search but apparently they don't make the storage system anymore. No Tuesday Morning near me to check out (they still mail me flyers though, which cracks me up).
ReplyDeleteThank you for all the great storage tips and I hope I win these cool stamps
ReplyDeleteVery cool way to store your stamps. Love the idea. And really for sixteen plus years that's not bad
ReplyDeleteLove your videos!!! You re one of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteI've also had some of mine melt.....from touching the outside plastic packaging of another set.:(
ReplyDeleteMy Tuesday morning never has the things shown on you tube, maybe one day I'll get a good deal. You know, maybe one of the employees buys it all up and sells it in an auction, kinda makes me wonder. But, Would love one of the stamp sets, they are nice.
ReplyDeleteJust love your videos. I look forward to all you neat ideas. I can relate to your having to look-see at the craft stors if I am anywhere near them, and that can be dangerous when there's great clearance sales or 50% off. I would love to win the stamps. I have a few Christmas stamps, but they are all wood mounted, so clear stamps would be great. Thanks so much for sharing your creativity with us with your tutorials.
ReplyDeleteI am new to stamping and love catching a sale. I can relate to you on that. Just this morning I was doing some reorganization of my craft room and was wondering how to better store my clear stamps. Thanks for the tips.
